Canadian Thanksgiving Hours of Operation & Storage Updates

For Thanksgiving Holiday, Monday, October 12th, our Canadian branches, and support channels will be closed.

  • Outbound shipments dropped off on Saturday, October 10th will be delivered to the U.S. carriers as normal; Canadian carrier pickups will resume Tuesday, October 13th
  • Inbound shipments in transit will be processed the following day

Storage Fees:
To accommodate the increase in shipping and reduce processing delays we ask that orders be created as soon as possible. During Q4, starting Monday, October 12th to January 1st, 2021 our complimentary storage time will be reduced and storage fees will be temporarily be increased as follows:

  • LIGHT/REGULAR package(s) will have only 10 days free period; $1 per day afterward
  • LARGE/OVERSIZE package(s) will have only 7 days free period; $2 per day afterward
  • SKID(s) will have only 3 days free period, $10 per day afterward

*Storage starts at the time you receive the MISSING INFORMATION email from us and ends when you pick up.

COVID-19 Update:
Masks are required upon entering the premises. Workstations will continue to be suspended until further notice. Our hours of operations will continue as follows:

Mississauga branch:

  • Monday through Friday: 12 pm – 7 pm
  • Saturday, 10 am – 2 pm

Markham branch:

  • Monday – Friday, 12 pm – 6 pm
  • Saturday, 10 am – 2 pm
