The customer is fully responsible for the package. Even though you have handed off the package to us to cross the border, you are still responsible for the contents of the package as the importer. Any investigation, fines, or penalties incurred by violating the rules is the sole responsibility of the customer who initiated the shipment.

Found a great deal on an item but unsure whether it is allowed across the border? It is important to familiarize yourself with some of the lesser known prohibited items to ensure you are able to receive items without issue.

Border regulations prohibit certain items to be transported across the border. As a result, we cannot transport any items containing:
