Our U.S. facility has resumed regular operating hours and is accepting deliveries from the carriers. However, we are currently experiencing delays impacted by COVID-19. Our processing time in which you are notified by email that your package is processed has been extended to 3-7 business days after the arrival date indicated by the packages’ tracking number. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to reduce further impact.
Our Canadian retail branches will continue reduced in-store hours.
