MAIL SHIPPING SERVICE
If you’re unable to pick up your package(s) at any of our two locations, our convenient Mail Shipping provides an added option for your items to be delivered to you.
You can now easily calculate the fee for this added service* from the estimator provided below. Just enter the weight of the package and the postal code where it will be delivered. The maximum shippable weight is 65 lbs; larger shipments do not qualify for this service. All pallets must be picked up from retail locations as mail service is not available.
* Fee-based per package, and is, in addition, to pick up fee.

ADDITIONAL FEE SERVICES
$2/item
2 unique items per package are free.
- Above 9 unique items must include detailed invoice otherwise will be considered as AUCTION/PREMIUM/FBA box.
- Each unique item is a line entry in the customs declaration, hence Entry Fee.
- Applicable duties and taxes are extra.
- We collect on your behalf and remit to the CBSA.

- For large cumbersome or uneven packages that require special handling. These items, are not necessarily in a box.
- The Special Size Handling Fee is in addition to regular package fees based on weight, and is applied to both our Individual and Consolidated rates.

- This service can be used when multiple items in one package, needs to be split into separate packages.
Example:
A regular-sized package has 3 bottles of supplements. Assuming each bottle is a 90 day supply, due to the daily restrictions set by CBSA, these 3 bottles will need to be split into 3 separate shipments and cannot only be imported over 3 different days. Since the shipments cannot be sent out on the same day, individual pricing will be applied.

- For packages that require special administration or custom service that is out of the ordinary.
- Disposal of unwanted packages that we have processed.
Example:
Customer errors that result in additional administrative work, such as (but not limited to) incorrect or incomplete address, missing unit number, incorrect name on the package, etc.
Mis-declaration Fees

Declaring the contents of your package accurately is critical to ensuring successful border entry without delays, penalties or customs seizures. The terms and conditions of our services require that you accurately declare the items in your package. The following graduated fees apply for mis-declarations:

$5 per package for the first mis-declaration

$75 per package for the second mis-declaration

$150 per package for the third mis-declaration

$300 per package and termination of your account for the fourth mis-declaration

Order/Manifest Cancellation Fee
If an order or manifest is cancelled for any reason, a $25.00 fee will apply for each cancellation.

- Applied to prohibited items/package only. Requires to be returned to the vendor, or sent to another address outside our usual processing procedures,
- A new shipment label is provided by you, our customer,
- Items that are acceptable for CBP cannot be reshipped within the USA.
Example:
You have an incoming package(s) that you do not want to be processed to your account and want it reshipped elsewhere and you provide us the new label.
SPECIAL PROCESSING FEE
$25/Auction Box
A fee will be applied to packages with 10 and more unique items (entries) in a box without an invoice. First 10 entries included. Entry Fee(s) will be applicable for every additional item thereafter.
Breakdown:
One REGULAR package with 25 unique items and no invoice arrives at our U.S. facility. $10 (REGULAR) + $25 (AUCTION/PREMIUM/FBA Fee)+ $15 (Additional ENTRY FEE over 10 items) = $50 plus HST. Applicable duties and taxes are extra.
$50/Auction Box
A special processing fee will be applied to SKID(S) with 10 and more unique items (entries) in a box without an invoice. First 10 entries included. Entry Fee(s) will be applicable for every additional item thereafter.
Example:
One SKID with 20 unique items and no invoice arrives at our U.S. facility.
Breakdown: $100 (SKID) + $50 (AUCTION/PREMIUM SKID Fee)+ $10 (Additional ENTRY FEE over 10 items) = $160 plus HST. Applicable duties and taxes are extra.
$0.50/day after the 30 days of free period for LIGHT/REGULAR Packages.
$1/day after the 15 days of free period for LARGE/ OVERSIZE Package.
$5/day for SKIDS after the 15 days of the free period.
$5 disposal fee after 60 days of accrued storage fees.
NOTE: 30 days from when the package arrives in the U.S.
In effect for all new and existing packages as of November 19, 2018.

Whether you’re shipping personal goods to selling on Amazon, we’ll deliver your parcel cross border to USPS, FedEx, and UPS Monday through Friday. We also deliver USPS on Saturdays too.
