This Thanksgiving Monday, October 10th, 2022 our Canadian branches, pickup service, and support channels will be closed.
As some federal agencies are observing Columbus Day, you may experience some delays with USPS shipments
- U.S. Delivery shipments dropped off on Saturday, October 8th will cross on Monday, October 10th, and transferred to local carriers as normal
- Canadian carrier pickups will resume Tuesday, October 11th
- Shipments will be transported and received in Canada but processed the following business day
Friendly and Important Reminders
Packages that have been processed to your account beyond 90 days will be disposed of, as per our Terms of Service Agreement. Please be sure to create your order immediately to avoid additional disposal fees.
All Inbound liquidation pallets, and boxes must be neatly and securely wrapped, and packaged respectively in order to be received at our U.S. facility. In addition, a detailed manifest is required with the shipment.
We do not accept or process any perishable items. This includes non shelf-stable products (although jarred or canned), and products that require refrigeration. Please check our prohibited list, or contact our Customer Service Team if you are unsure if you should import your item(s).
