Black Friday and Cyber Monday have come and gone and many of us are expecting early Christmas presents, favourite brand deals, or something we’ve been waiting all year for to arrive at our CBP U.S. address. The increased online sales quickly translate to increased deliveries for Santa’s busy elves. We understand that you want to know that your parcel has arrived safely, be assured that each and every package we receive will be processed to your account. As our elves work diligently, please allow an extra day or two for processing.

A few friendly reminders:

  • Due to safety reasons, our U.S. processing facility does not accept same-day deliveries from local couriers, as well as no in-person pickups
  • Tracking for your mailed packages can take some time to be updated by the carrier
  • Please be sure to visit our prohibited list to make sure it’s something we can import

We know that for many online sellers, this time of the year is the most critical for sales. We would like to extend our gratitude for trusting us in helping you with your business. To further assist, we recommend that your postage labels are protected from the wet winter months to avoid carrier scanning issues. Furthermore, please make sure that your valuable sales are protected from the rigours of transport especially during this hurried season.
